Moly Borbouse
Physiotherapist – Sports physiotherapist
Master's degree in physiotherapy from Robert Schuman University College, Libramont.
My name is Moly, the girl in the gang! I graduated from Robert Schuman University College a few years ago and have always worked in private practice, first in Esch, before moving to Redange. Since 2020, I have also been working in home physiotherapy care at Help. A new mum since March 2025, I am an eternal optimist who always sees the glass as half full.
My professional experience means that I am comfortable working with little ones, young people and the not-so-young, with the motto: we adapt! As a former high-level athlete, I like my patients to be actively involved in their rehabilitation and recovery. There's a good chance you'll have some work to do at home !
I must admit that machines are not really my thing... I prefer to work with my hands and my head! In fact, I try to keep my head filled with new treatments and exercises by continuing to learn through various training courses or by immersing myself in the latest scientific studies.

Alexandre Luc
Physiotherapist specialising in manual and musculoskeletal therapy
Doctor of Physiotherapy (Motor Sciences)
Master's degree in physiotherapy from the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve.
Doctor of Physiotherapy rom the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve.
My name is Alexandre! After earning a master's degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation from the Catholic University of Louvain (UCLouvain, Belgium), I furthered my skills with a specialised master's degree in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, also at UCLouvain. This year of specialisation sparked my interest in research, which led me to pursue a second specialised master's degree, this time focused on research. Alongside these two courses, I worked as a freelance physiotherapist, covering several locum positions.
I then spent five years working on a doctoral thesis at UCLouvain. During the first year of my PhD, I also obtained a university certificate in musculoskeletal manual therapy, enabling me to acquire the title of manual and musculoskeletal therapist (IFOMPT recognition).
Thanks to this background, I specialise in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, defined by the World Health Organisation as ‘disorders that affect the musculoskeletal system and are characterised by impairments in the muscles, bones, joints and adjacent connective tissues, resulting in temporary or permanent limitations in functioning and participation’.
My practice is based on a combination of therapeutic exercises and manual techniques, taking into account your expectations and preferences, my clinical expertise and the best scientific data currently available.Â
Like Moly, machines are not really my thing: I prefer communication, collaboration and a genuine therapeutic relationship. Understanding your history, your daily life and seeing the bigger picture is essential to me.
My goal ? To help you get better in the long term, and above all to give you the keys to managing and preventing any future relapses.

Physiotherapist – Osteopath DO – DPo – Fasciatherapist
Master's degree in physiotherapy from the Robert Schuman University College, Libramont.
Graduate in Osteopathy from the International Academy of Osteopathy (IAO), Louvain-la-Neuve.
Graduate in Poyet Method Informational Therapy from the Institute of Informational Therapies (ITIFormations) in Paris.
After obtaining a Master's degree in physiotherapy from the Haute École Robert Schuman (HERS) in Libramont, I quickly shifted my practice towards a more holistic approach to the human body by continuing my studies at the International Academy of Osteopathy (IAO) in Louvain-la-Neuve, where I obtained my D.O. osteopathy degree after five years of study.
During my studies, I realised that the body is not simply a mechanical assembly of structures and joints: it has a much deeper sensitivity and subtlety. After completing my training in osteopathy, I wanted to explore this subtle, energetic dimension of the body further through the Poyet method, taught over four years at the Institut de Thérapies Informationnelles (ITI Formations) in Paris. This approach opened the doors to a multidimensional universe that is subtle, fascinating, demanding and full of mystery.
Since opening my mind to this new world, I have continued to pursue training on a regular basis in order to enrich my understanding of the extraordinary and enigmatic complexity of the human body.
My osteopathic methods are based on a holistic approach, combining structural (cranial, visceral, structural and facial), informational, emotional and energetic dimensions. It is therefore a gentle form of osteopathy, practised without any spinal manipulation.

Main trainings :Â
Osteopathy training at IAO : A structural and manipulative method that aims to restore balance and mobility to the body to promote its proper functioning.
Based on scientific principles and a comprehensive understanding of the body, it considers the body as a unit where structure and function are closely linked.
This approach emphasises listening, precision of movement and evidence-based practice, with a view to promoting the patient's long-term well-being.
Manual therapy – Poyet method : A gentle manual therapy that aims to restore the body's overall balance through light and precise touch.
Based on listening to the Primary Respiratory Movement – an internal micro-movement present in all tissues – it allows imbalances to be identified and corrected without forced manipulation.
This holistic and non-invasive approach promotes the release of tension, deep relaxation and the body's natural ability to self-regulate.
Emotional osteopathy – Organo-synergy : A gentle manual therapy that uses precise touch to release emotions and shocks stored in the organs and fascia. Based on listening to the tissues, it helps to rebalance the body and mind by releasing physical tension and emotional blockages.
Fasciatherapy : A gentle manual method that acts on the fasciae – the tissues that envelop and connect all the structures of the body.
Through light and precise touch, it helps to release tension, restore tissue mobility and revive the body's natural self-regulating abilities.
This holistic approach takes into account the physical, emotional and energetic dimensions of the individual, promoting lasting well-being and greater body awareness.
